Lock-in includes

   - teambuilding activities and group games
   - high ropes course
   - climbing wall (3 difficulty levels)
   - laser tag
   - b-ball, soccer, hockey, etc.
   - ping pong, foosball
   - movies and 2 theater areas
   - video games (Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii)
                                        - huge inflatables

Special instructions:

1.      Consent forms required for scouts and adults. Attached and available at web link:

2.      Eat dinner before you come. Pizza is later.

3.      Wear appropriate clothing for climbing.

4.      Bring a cup with your name on it.

5.      Bring sleeping bag, board games, DVDs, etc.

6.      DO NOT bring video games

7.      Bring snacks.

 Schedule

7pm-7:30pm             Arrive at New Life Church – check-in and verify all required paperwork is turned in before parent leaves

7:30pm                     Depart Group Dynamix

7:50pm                         Arrive and unload

8 pm-11pm                Group Dynamix Program:
                                    (Recreation, Teambuilding or Leadership)

11pm-11:30 am          Break for dinner/snacks:
                                    (shut down high ropes course)

11:30pm-2 am            High ropes course

2am-7am                    Structured Free time:
                                    Inflatables open
                                    Large group games (with facilitator)
                                    Movies
                                    X-Boxs, and Wiis                                    Foosball
                                    Laser Tag: Open from 3am-6am
                                   

7-8 am                        Donuts, juice, coffee:
                                    Wake up/Pack up/clean up/Depart

8:30AM                     Arrive at Block buster video and pickup time

            West from Church to Plano Rd

            Left on Plano Rd

            Right on Arapaho

            Left on N. Central Expressway (Do not enter expressway)

            Right on Belt Line Rd

            Continue on Belt Line (for about 7.4 Miles)

            Right on Trend Dr  (Address is 1215 Trend Drive)
