Notes from 9/15 PLC

We had a representative for all of the patrols except the Fox. 

There was no role call done at the end of the last campout.

Shark doesn't have all the information for the October mountain biking 
campout.

It looks like the Pyro has all the information for the marskmanship 
campout at Mr. herrins ranch and they are ready for the commitee to look at 
it.
